What We Do

  • Community Patrols: Our dedicated officers conduct regular patrols to monitor neighborhood activity and deter criminal behavior.
  • Crime Prevention: We provide resources and support to help residents safeguard their homes and prevent crimes.
  • Emergency Preparedness: From natural disasters to community emergencies, we’re here to ensure our neighborhood is prepared for any situation.

Highlights from 2023

  • Low Crime Rate: Reported Type 1 criminal offenses remained low in our neighborhood for the fourth year in a row.
  • Officer Consistency: Sergeant Holt has been our patrol officer for the past four years. He and two other officers from the Dallas Police Department work our neighborhood patrols in their DPD cars.
  • Financial Health: We raised approximately $44,000 in dues. $33,000 was spent on police labor and $4,000 the police car rentals. $8,000 was deducted for senior discounts. This afforded us approximately 60 hours of police patrols each month.

Renew Your Dues

As we approach the end of the fiscal year on February 28th, 2024, it’s time to renew your dues. Your voluntary annual dues are 100% tax-deductible and crucial for sustaining our operations.
